WINEMAKING

Our harvest and selection process is done naturally, respecting the quality of the grape. We destemmed the fruit, to later make a cold maceration. Once the alcoholic fermentation is over, we carry out malolactic fermentation and keep our wine for 10 months in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTE:

• View: Clean and with intense and bright violet colors.
• Aroma: Character of fresh red fruits such as cherry, blueberry and strawberries with herbal notes such as mint leaf, perfumed with hints of star anise.
• Taste: Soft attack with acidity and round and balanced tannins, freshness and elegance in the aftertaste confirming the brutality and youth of the wine with a balance in the persistence to broaden the range of the pairing.
