Tasting Notes: A medium-bodied, dry rosé with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals. This vintage is Fermented in stainless and then aged for three months in neutral French oak for a slightly rounder mouthfeel and a smooth, long finish on the palate.

Aging: Stainless steel for approximately five weeks and then aged in neutral French oak for three months to round off some of the acids.
