This wine is a pure expression of Mendocino Chardonnay. The 100% estate grown fruit was harvested by hand, whole cluster pressed, cool tank fermented with four months on lees. Our 2019 Unoaked Chardonnay embodies grace and finesse, unhampered by oak or malolactic influence.

This medium-bodied wine is graceful and well balanced, offering crisp lemon and green-apple flavors on a rather lean, tangy texture. It is nuanced and complex, and has a nice tension from tantalizing acidity.
