The Alsatian vineyard located on the Vosges hills between 175 and 420 m altitude, benefits from the exceptional assets offered by the Upper Rhine Valley. The region is located on a geological fault, composed of varied and complex soils: granite, marl, sandstone, limestone. 98 acres total.

The vines are planted in plain and semi-hills, on an alluvial soil, which allows the water to filter while retaining heat. An elegant effervescence with very fine persistent bubbles characterizes this Crémant.
