The 2020 De Nit Extra Brut Rosé from Raventós I Blanc was aged for a year and a half sur latte and was disgorged in April of 2023. The wine is a very pale salmon color and offers up a bright and precise bouquet of wild strawberries, white peach, salty minerality, lemongrass and citrus peel.
