Vineyard & Terroir:
There is a strong maritime influence at Solomon Hills Vineyard, with a direct line of sight to the Pacific Ocean. Often, by the time the fog finally clears, the wind has started, and consequently, clusters and berries are small,also attributed to sandy, extremely low-vigor soils. As a result, the wines tend to be dark and tannic. Solomon Hills is an extreme vineyard that produces more linear, structured wines.

AROMATICS:
A seductively aromatic bouquet of black cherry with hints of blueberry, caramelized brown sugar and notes of freshly ground black pepper with delicate touches of purple flowers

PALATE:
A brooding and densely packed Pinot Noir with flavors of dark cherry, raspberry liqueur, and a hint of strawberry will captivate from the first taste. Silky tannins will coat thepalate with additional flavors of sun-ripened cranberry and a long finish.
