Tasting Notes: There’s a sensual quality to Pinot Noir, not only in its beguiling aromas and flavors, but also in its silkiness as it flows across the palate. Our Pinot Noir developed its complex expression of ripe black cherry, sun-warmed rose, tobacco leaf and spice in cool-climate vineyards near Monterey Bay.

Mocha and vanilla aromas, from French oak, add complexity. Supple, fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity frame the red-berry flavors mid-palate and then enliven the vibrant finish.
