Luscious, tropical, and bright with hints of spice and wet stones, the wine is aged in neutral French oak to highlight a soft, round texture with a balance of acidity and decadence

WINEMAKER NOTES:

Le Mistral pays homage to the intense wind that blows from the Mediterranean, similar to the daily wind that roars from the Pacific Ocean through our Monterey County vines each afternoon. This maritime influence is key to the beautiful, layered flavor development of our grapes.

For 30 years, Le Mistral has sold its Chardonnay grapes to great winemakers throughout California. To celebrate the 30-year anniversary of Le Mistral Vineyards, we are excited to offer the first bottling of Le Mistral Chardonnay.
