Cascina 1899 by Agostino Salvatore, was founded in 2005 and mainly deals with the production, marketing and enhancement of typical local products and confectionery, it produces its own most of the typical products marketed, many of these obtained from the transformation of bergamot and collaborates with the best local artisan producers, who regularly supply their products, which can thus be marketed and appreciated at a regional and national level.

Even if the company is relatively young, the owner's experience in the sector of promoting typical products is thirty years as he is the son of second generation restaurateurs.
