The 2022 Kerr Cellars Sauvignon Blanc has a lovely, vibrant bouquet of guava, ripe pear, melon, fresh cut white flowers. On the palate, this wine has great density, weight and body, with flavors of pear, green apple, melon, and white fig. Fresh, well-integrated acidity lifts the aromatics and flavors, driving a long and persistent finish.
Aged 7 months in 100% Neutral French oak
Alcohol 14.1%

Winemaker Notes: Whole cluster pressed and 100% barrel fermented in neutral French oak. Aged sur lie in barrel and stirred once a month. No malolactic fermentation.
Harvest Date: Each lot was harvested in late August during the cool early mornings
