I Feudi di Romans Chardonnay 2019 Friuli-Isonzo - Italy

TASTING NOTES

Upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color, transparent and with some greenishreflections. The olfactory spectrum moves around floral and aromatic herbs aromas, interspersed
with fruity hints of white melon and citrus fruits. On the palate it is slender, agile,
characterized by a good freshness. It closes with an aftertaste where there is a taste of
bitter almond.

PAIRING Excellent throughout the meal, it goes very well with first courses and mixed starters.
To scream with a few slices of San Daniele ham, it is a must try with a prawn omelette.
