Château Valmont "Aventure" 2021 Corbières - France

Cépages: Syrah - Grenache - Mourvèdre - Carignan

Tasting Notes: We are seduced by its fruity notes of black fruits and its aromas of garrigue, typical of the region. Full and complex, fruity and slightly jammy. A complex, balanced wine with a beautiful length.

Terroir: Silt, clay and limestone soil with pebbles. Sea spray provides moisture and freshness.

Vinification: Harvesting at maturity and at optimal temperature, early in the morning. The grapes are sorted and destemmed and received by gravity in order to keep the berries healthy and of high quality. Traditional vinification, maceration for 3 to 5 weeks, pressing of the marc in a pneumatic press, maturing in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
