Chateau Patris is a fabulous Saint-Emilion. No effort is spared to create a ripe, silky style of Saint Emilion that retains a certain finesse and purity. The nose is rich with bramble fruit, mocha and vanilla, which combine to create a heady scent. The palate is silky and full bodied. A perfect match for roast lamb or a rib of beef.
