Cépages: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon - 5% Malbec - 5% Petit Verdot

Tasting Notes: Red cherry and fresh herb on the nose with hints of crushed stone and mocha. Bright and pleasing on the palate, with a generous fruit driven midpalate and a long, clean finish.

Aging: Grapes were delicately hand picked, destemmed and fermented on the skins for ten days before being aged for 19 months in New American Oak.
