Scarpa is a specialist in Barbera d'Asti, and they produce complex and long-lived expressions. The grapes come from the Poderi Bricchi vineyard in Castel Rocchero. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, this saw a further 6 months in bottle before release.
