Avid "Pars" Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Napa Valley

The 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of fruits from some of the best Cabernet growing regions in Napa Valley, including the hillside block of Napa Carneros vineyard, and another small family vineyard situated within 1500 feet elevation on the eastern slope of Atlas Peak. A touch of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petite Syrah, and Petite Verdot balance the rich dark fruit and soft tannins of our 2021 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, adding vibrancy to its lush mouthfeel and lingering dry finish with balanced acidity.
