Everything we love about Dry Creek zinfandel comes to the fore in this wine. . . Black Raspberry and spice leap from the glass, and on the palate, the concentration and richness of that raspberry fruit is stunning. Add layers of blackberry, current, and eastern spice and all of a sudden, you need to have a second glass of this wine. This is an exceptionally powerful wine, yet so well balanced, that the final impression is in elegance, and the finish is so long that you could call it "timeless" elegance. That too, is a really good thing.
